Great product at a great price. Unfortunately, it ran small (I'm normally a Large but this felt like a Medium); customer service was great and issued an immediate refund.

Not accustomed to wearing things like this. I am 5' 10" 215lbs male. My upper arms and shoulders were tight. So was bottom part of pants. I bought XL size. Everywhere else this was really loose. Used this for a Holdie night ceremony ( sorry if I didn't get the first word right). Good material and long fit. I think I got my money's worth. I normally wear large size shirts and 36 pants. Hope this helps.

I bought this for a beach wedding and it was perfect. It was comfortable and durable. It seemed more expensive that what I paid for it.

Every year I have to wrestle a kurta/shalwar onto my unwilling son for religious festivals and weddings. ("Mom, why can't I wear pants??")This year I said "wear whatever you want, just no ripped jeans." So, one week before Eid, my lovely son decided that, for the first time in his life, he willingly wanted to wear a kurta/shalwar. Amazon to the rescue!My tween is 5' tall/115 lb and the size small fit him on the shoulders and chest. The pajamas have a nara so the waist was adjustable. This is an adult size garment, so we has a seamstress cut approx 2 inches off the bottom of the kurta and shorten the sleeves and pajamas by 2 inches. It was a little scratchy because of the embroidery and heavy starch, so he wore a black t-shirt underneath.The Eid family pictures looked great. People were very complimentary of his outfit. It withstood prayers, pictures, and an hour on a trampoline with no tears or damage.

(I only gave it 4 stars because we have not washed it yet. Will revisit and update the stars!) Nice fit. Nice material. My husband loves this and I think it looks wonderful on him. Not too "done-up", just elegant looking. Have not tried washing it yet. This is better quality and better looking than more expensive stuff I have bought. Mebbe people are put off because of the poses the model takes? If you buy this, you will NOT have a strange pose and expression like the model. A little on the small side for American fit, but not as tiny as most Indian clothing. I would say to order your correct size unless you are on the upper "edge" of a size, then order 1 size up. I will comment further after washing on size and quality, but so far, we love it! ...

I ordered this top in a whim to March with my sari and the fit was perfect, texture is crisp but still breathable material. It fit perfectly, my husband is between a size 40-42 so I ordered a 42 and it fit great! It wasn't as fancy for the occasion but nonetheless a nice design. I wanted it a little brughter blue and more fancier design but it still looks good enough to wear to any function you choose. The picture and the product is the same as described but just know that there's a bright light shining on the outfit displayed in the picture online. In person, the color is a midnight dark navy blue. My husband flashed the camera lights on it and took a pic and it turned out to show the blue color, otherwise in regular lighting the color is dark. It's still a great buy because of the fabric, color, price and fit. No pants are included but it already states that in the description. Overall, nice shalwar and worth buying!

Fits well but the sleeves are a little short. The pants are also very long and the waist is very very large but the drawstring makes them wearable. Material very thin. Overall it’s a decent product that will work for what we need.

Great cut. Other brands had strangely large shoulders and tight chest. Not sure why a incredible amount of sizing (starch) washes out on the first wash, but despite this, the material is very nice quality and does not go limp after washing. I doubt if it is all cotton as advertized, but it is a beautiful raw-silk-looking material that nonetheless looks brand new after washing by hand. I didn't try machine washing but you could probably do that. Color is rich and beautiful and as shown. Does not run much. Win Win Win on this kurta. Buy one in every color at this price, as it is better than the more expensive kurtas. Haven't tried the pants.

I bought this for a party (excuse the cultural appropriation) - it arrived promptly, it was the perfect size (I'm 6'3"), it looked good and fitted well (I wore a thin collarless shirt under it), and I thought it was very good value for money. The material is unlabelled (no washing instructions) but looks like raw silk. What's not to like?

Beautiful product but very small I'm 38" chest have since bought a large and that is a bit tightIt's too expensive to return to India £8/£12

It was just too small despite saying it was a large size, therefore it was never used for the event it was intended for and I had to wear something that hopefully was acceptable from my own wardrobe. Thanks anyway.

Good quality item arrived on stated date. Small issue ( product did not fit) but problem was resolved amicably .
