In case you don’t recognize that quote from The Lion King, Pumbaa is referring to his trapped gas problem. My naturopath recommended this remedy for me and nothing has been more effective in helping with my trapped gas and IBS than Lycopodium. I am truly thankful and have felt like a different person since I began taking it daily. I recommend it to all my friends as a safe effective alternative to other over-the-counter products that claim to do the same thing. If Pumbaa were real, I would tell him about it too 😆

Very Disappointing!
I was rather hopeful based on some of the other reviews that these might help me, but they did absolutely nothing. They were a waste of time and money. Just my opinion.
