BistoChip Shop Curry Sauce Mix 185g (Pack of 2)

This curry mix is perfectly convenient. Just add boiling water and mix. Although it’s not the same as true chip shop curry it serves its purpose well and at a great price. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for quick and tasty results.

I made this British curry for my family yesterday and it was so good that my son ate my dinner that he found in the microwave. Good thing I did lots of tasting while preparing. I made chicken curry with onions and mushrooms, French fries and Naan bread underneath. So delicious!!!!

Brings back memories of trips to England

I love this curry sauce, it reminds me of the English chippy. Not exactly the same as chip shop sauce, but it's still good. I usually make up just enough for me and have it on mashed potatoes or French Fries. I also like it on pot pies. A little taste of home right in my cabinet! Very easy to make - boil some water and pour on the granules. I find that I need about one tablespoon of the granules to make about 1/4 cup of sauce.

Just like you get at a chip shop in Ireland! Delicious!!

Always been a big fan of Bisto and their gravies have always been excellent. Since moving to the US over a decade ago I've had a hankering for chip shop curry sauce and thought I'd give this a try.Well, what can I say - this is awful... flavorless, and nothing like chip shop curry sauce whatsoever. Nothing like any type of curry sauce I've ever tasted before either. A complete waste - both tubs are going straight into the bin
