Good tough reliable HVAV meter
My first one lasted 10+ years…..this one is replacing it….these are tough reliable meters. This is a very good and quality product. The price is very fair. I recommend it….

Classic Fluke accuracy, quality and reliability
Have used a number of meters and testers in my 30 years in the trades. Fluke remains the gold standard for ease of use, reliable accurate readings, and durability. This tester is no exception. Simple to use, compact, sturdy. Soft silicone leads are always a huge plus too. Love this tester.

This is Standard Kit for the Mechanics I Work With
I work in a production environment where the Mechanics (including myself) have to work on anything and everything. We have a mix of backgrounds, some were sanitary welders, some came from auto mechanics, some have an automation and robotics background, some have simply been production mechanics for a long time. We do not typically do component (as in down to the resistor) level troubleshooting, but identify a bad board or relay or power supply, replace it and keep the equipment running.More than 90% of us use this exact multimeter. It is fast, it is easy, it tells us how much voltage is on a line, or if a fuse is blown, or if a circuit is actually powered down so we can pull things out. There are Multimeters with more features, and there are many that seem like they have more features that also cost less. Fluke is an industry standard. I trust the measurements I get from this meter and I spent years using a different one that gave me inconsistent readings. This is ready for industrial use, full time. It does all the most common tasks I want from a multimeter fast and easy.I get very little use out of that current claw thing at the top. If that's important to you then you already know that, but most wires I work with are all combined in the same sleeve and you need an individual conductor for that feature to tell you anything. If you put both the hot wire and neutral into that little claw thing it will not work.

As good as I remember it
I’ve been an electrician for a couple decades now and recently had to replace all my equipment due to theft. So as you can imagine, I had to dole out a lot of money therefore, looking for corners to cut instead of buying the $300 multimeter that I’ve been used to for the last several years I went to this old reliable multimeter. It is the first multimeter I had ever purchased. And now after using it for several weeks, I am realizing just how good it is. It doesn’t do everything that the top line multimeter does and it doesn’t have every convenience that that one has but it is a good solid meter!
