Taste is great. I don't cook them as long on the directions, we like them more chewy than hard. Cheaper than you would pay for all the ingredients needed and less work.

I can't say enough great things about this cookie mix! It's convenient, realtively inexpensive, and the cookies are simply delicious. While you can make them with butter spread or margarine, only real butter gives them that made from scratch taste and texture. I like to make them with salted butter and add a dash of vanilla extract and bake them in mini muffin tins for a little something extra. They're great for company or last minute holiday treats (like for neighbors, etc). And I also like that the batches are small, so if you're just craving a little something sweet one package is just enough for one or two people. Everyone should have a stash of this cookie mix at the ready in the pantry!

Now whenever someone wants cookies, brookies, or frozen cookie dough pieces they can have it. Betty Crocker never lacks QUALITY. NO MATTER WHICH FORM YOU EAT THEM IN, IT NEVER DISAPPOINTS. THE TASTE IS THE SAME THAT I EEMEMBER AS A KID, WHICH IS A NICE REMINDER. THE QUANTITY REALLY ALL DEPENDS ON THE SIZE OF COOKIES YOUR BAKING. BUT, EACH BAG SHOULD GIVE YOU AT LEAAT 12-18 COOKIES. SIMPLY PREHEAT THE OVEN TO 350° & WHEN ITS READY PLACE THE COOKIES ON THE MIDDLE RACK AND BAKE THEM FOR ROUGHLY 11-13MINUTES. OR UNTIL THEY'RE GOLDEN BROWN IN COLOR. AS FOR THE MOISTURE I ALWAYS FIND IT BEST TO CHILL THE DOUGH BEFORE PLACING THEM IN THE OVEN AS IT SEEMS TO FLUFF THE COOKIES UP INSTEAD HAVING THIN, DRIED OUT AND HARD DOUGH.

Yummy cookies in small batch. Usually make several pouches at a time. Critical to use butter versus oil and adding coffee instead of water brings out the chocolate flavor. Great coupon if you buy numerous boxes and can combine with brownie mix purchase too.

Ordered from American Fizz, would not do that again!
Ordered this item from American Fizz. Waited months and it didn't arrive and had to contact amazon for a refund - American Fizz were not helpful when I complained at the item not arriving. This mixture makes delicious cookies and I am disappointed that I cannot make them as my item did not arrive.
