Out of the 9 packs could u use these to make cookies for a fundraiser?

out of the 9 packs it says you get a yield of 12 cookies but in reality you get about 10 so if 90 cookies are enough for your fund raising then yes

is this made with genetically engineered products?

It is partially produced with genetically altered material.

Can You Use This Once Expired?

SURE...ingredients come in a ''sealed'' package...a couple years I found a 4 yr expired box tucked away in the pantry...and it was just as tasty...yummm :)

Do u need to refrigerate cookie mix

No, it's dry ingredients. Like a cake mix but for cookies.
