Purchase the white ones with hooks to hand Christmas lights inside windows, and to add Christmas decorations to our cruiseship door. They did not budge or cause any damage. I would say they're strong enough to hold up a hand towel comfortably but not a full size towel.

They d not hold great amounts of weight (as they are pretty small hooks), however they were pretty sturdy for the items I used them for. I could hand 2-3 pieces of clothe.

These are advertised erroneously. They are VERY tiny. I can hold 6 in the palm of my hand with room to spare. I placed one on my refrigerator with a small bag hanging from it that was maybe 10 ounces. It did not hold. Also, the holes to twist the hooks into the magnets don't seem drilled well. It was a challenge to get the hooks in straight. I was hoping to hang light jackets or other easily forgettable things that would be hard to miss while hanging on the fridge, but these won't work. On the positive side, they aren't inexpensive and they do seem a little sturdier than my other refrigerator magnets. I won't return but I would not buy again.

I bought these so I could hang an insulating curtain that also blocks out light on our outside doors - front door and a side door that are metal. Even tho we have storm doors, that extra layer could help and the window on the front door reflects lights onto the tv screen during the day. The hooks, using one at each end of a very small curtain rod. do the trick. Impressed with how strong the magnets are - would highly recommend but remember these hooks are smalish.

Don’t fall for the misleading advertising saying these will hold 7 pounds. They are very small and I wanted to see how powerful these are by hanging a towel on the hook, FAILED! If you want a little magnet for your fridge, they great, if your looking for something that will hold weight, look elsewhere. They’re going back!
