Q: Does the stethoscope stay in the ears?

I am not sure. I really love this toy, but the scissors broke almost immediately and then just last week another instrument had a piece pop off. It is super cute and not sure I could find one I love more, but it is not the sturdiest :(

Q: Does the blood pressure device work and pump up?

No. But if you are looking for a wooden dr set this is the greatest! So adorable and both of my girls love it (age 3 and age 1)
