Great DAP at a great price
This is not to be confused with the M7, which does not have wifi. The M7K is a great DAP!! If you are an Android user, you will be familiar with the interface. Its a stripped down phone interface. Unlike the standard M7, the M7K has wifi and whitelisted apps for streaming music. However, unlike Android phones, the M7k does not support Google play services so apps cannot be downloaded through the play store. You have to download the APK files onto your computer and drag them to the DAP.Music sounds AMAZING through this DAP provided you are using lossless audio files. If you are using low quality files, you will definitely notice. I would suggest buying some high resolution headphones or earbuds for use with this DAP. Corded models will give you the best sound, but since this DAP can handle high resolution CODECS, compatible bluetooth devices will sound just as good (unless you're an experienced audiophile). I am not an audiophile but I can definitely tell a difference in music played from the M7K and from my Note 8 phone. However, if you have an LG V20 phone or higher, this will be a downgrade since that phone features dual DAC plus amplifiers for superior high resolution sound. The battery life is great, I have left it on my desk for 2 weeks and the battery drained only 10% but I did have wifi and bluetooth turned off while not in use.I'm very satisfied with my M7K and would buy it again for sure.

If they fix it, great!
After the second time the M7K completely wiped a brand new Micro SD card, seems like an excellent time to write a review. As you look around online, you're not likely to find much about the M7K. Plenty on the M7. Not much beyond a couple of sites highlighting the exclusivity of a limited time offer on the M7...but now...with WiFi!In short, that is exactly why I purchased an M7K. I wanted an M7, with its clicky volume adjustment wheel, small form factor, and Fiio support, with WiFi for Tidal and wireless file transfer. I had that!...for a few weeks.Since this Monday (3/16/2020), Tidal has stopped working. Try and download a song, all songs in your download queue download instantly. And by instantly I mean not at all, and they all kick up errors when you try to play them saying there's a syncing issue and you should update the devices. Does nothing when you try to sync. Can't update Tidal since there is no Play Store access. Can't do further troubleshooting since their team is (rightfully, and thankfully!) taking time to recuperate and quarantine from Covid-19. There may be room for improvement but it honestly sounds like there is *one* developer responsible for providing updates to firmware. Not too encouraging that it will get the underlying issue(s) resolved.Three stars for now. It is exactly what you would want in a portable audio player. Scroll wheel for volume, exceptionally portable, small but responsive and bright screen. Side buttons to move through albums and anything downloaded for offline Tidal material. I've had exceptional battery life with this unit, averaging +/- 10 hours solid play times. Days of standby time as you would expect from an Android device. But, when you load a library to the Micro SD while waiting to raise an alert and ask for assistance...and that Micro SD card gets wiped while trying to add offline content from Tidal. Then you reload media and you try to add offline content from Tidal and it wiped the Micro SD card again...so you format to the FAT32 as expected and load the media and it wiped the SD card again as soon as you try to load offline media...You get a little annoyed.
