Plantronics Savi W710 Dect Headset (Renewed)

This is a top of the line headset, I use it for work on my computer (WebEx, Teams, Skype, etc). Excellent sound quality, no noise, battery time is good before needing a recharge, 3 hours and longer.

Great headset. Lacking sidetone, however.

I had to replace an old and heavily used W710 headset. I opted for the refurbished model since this unit is no longer in production and I have been very satisfied with it in the past. The plain box came with the headset, base and cables to connect to both the computer and a desk phone. Everything looks unused. The refurbished items functions perfectly.

I also see the love placed individually wrapping each item including instructions and a smile :) Thank you guys for taking my leash off with a wireless headset that makes my day a little bit happier. PS. I've been using this set for approx. 5 weeks. Thanks again!

Worst customer service EVER!! Battery is dying and they can’t tell me how to open the headset to get to the battery. Actually hung up on me.

Headset doesn’t work as described online. We tried to get the headset to work with all three: computer soft phone, desk phone and cell phone but it only works with the cell on Bluetooth. Should have gone for the newer model. Sound quality is a little muffled but not terrible.

This is my second time ordering from Matt for these headsets. They are a great value, quick shipping and great communication! Would highly recommend!

This is a good headset and works well. Was pretty disappointed that they can only be used for "call apps" like Zoom, Teams, Discord, etc. Cannot be used for any kind of gaming application because doesn't recognize the connection. Won't connect even attempting to run them through a virtual audio I/O app and set as a primary system sound device.
