It’s not bad at all but it’s potency kinda lacks, if you have trouble sleeping this won’t help immensely it will only be a little support, it’s okay for recovery and the only thing I don’t like it’s that it’s so many pills and it gets annoying to take them every night just to wake up somewhat a little more energized that you would without it.

Tried pretty much everything but this one puts me to sleep faster, I stay asleep and don't wake up super groggy. I sometimes feel a little groggy if I take both the purple pills nothing crazy like some other products, but you might want to start with one 1 and see how you feel. Solid product, I'm starting to not look tired all the time!

I take the Animal Pak vitamins religiously as well as several other supplements but I do not recommend this one. I found these and decided to give it a try. The past few nights have been rough. Weird dreams and constantly waking are making rest impossible. Every morning I’m nauseous and run down like I had too much MSG the night before. It’s possible that this formula affects me differently and I will continue to use the other products but I’m done with Animal PM.
