Good quality, looks decent and works well. The wife control is very handy as well. Good value for money.

This item does what it promises as far a rapidly heating our conservatory. Setting the time and date is easy but setting the timer isn’t. Each day has to be set separately unless I’ve missed something and the settings revert rapidly to normal so quick thinking is needed to set a start and finish time. Pairing the heater to a smart phone is, like many of these additions, dependent on the strength of your network and uses a third party program. Sometimes simple calibrated knobs are easier.

I took a bet on this heater despite some negative reviews, but annoyed that I did. The heater looks ok if you're going to wall-mount, but I wanted to use the feet. They're horrible, flimsy plastic affairs with extremely dodgy wheels.However, this was the least of my issues with the heater.- The thermostat is pointless. It registers nearly 10C higher than the actual room temperature, so you're constantly having to second guess what temperature you want to set it as.- The clock is pointless. Despite this being a plugged in product, the clock stops working if you use the switch on the side. I'm assuming if something as simple as the clock stops working, then all timer and wifi information will be lost too. I couldn't check that though because...- Wifi is pointless. I couldn't actually get wifi to even turn on, let alone add the heater to SmartLife. The manual states to press the UP or DOWN button for 3 seconds, but nothing happens -- either on the main unit or the remote. The manual is either wrong or the unit is broken.Either way, I have a smart timed heater that isn't smart, can't time and doesn't really heat properly either. Returned.

Easy enough to mount on the wall and heats up the room well. Fully linked up to Alexa and I can’t say I regret the purchase, good product :)

Depending on it's use this product can be really frustrating. Time and date? Don't bother...really annoying and still have not managed to get it to stay on the set time so have given up. Every time there is a blip in the power supply even a few seconds, the whole thing switches itself off and you have to manually turn it back on and reset. Not great when it was bought to heat a large reptile enclosure. Middle of the night...heater shuts itself off...very cold animal in the morning since it doesn't even click back on like all the other heaters we use/own. Frustrating and overly complicated, miss the old heaters you could just switch on and reliably leave even in power cuts. Already planning on buying one to replace it.

Highly recommend this product as we have use few different type of radiator before but this is the best one. We had it for two days and order another one. Speedy delivery. Heats up in few minutes. Previous one can’t heats up in 4 hours that much. Looks economical as well.

Bought for garden room I have built, works very well pleasing on the eye, bit difficult to connect to phone so didn’t bother in the end
