Best bottles!
My nephew was choking with other bottles because of air getting in the bottle / milk. These have made such a difference on his feeding, baby and mommy approved!

Only bottle my kids seem to like
These aren't the easiest bottles to clean if you are using breastmilk, however we've had worse! I'd suggest getting some of the small cleaner brushes for the nipples and to get the groves where the bottle screws on. Used these 14yrs ago with my first child and the simplicity is hard to beat. The drop ins although not exactly environment friendly work easier for my family to help, as well as my peace of mind that the milk is being put in a clean container free of soaps or anything possibly left over from prior bottle. Perfect starting system on this one in particular and cheap enough that if you don't like them you could donate them. Winner for this family!! My second child straight out refused the bottle but our third is doing great with them!

Wonderful
I used these with my children. Back then you could even freeze milk in them and go straight from the freezer to the bottle.I just got them for my granddaughter. I told her parents that I wasn't washing or disinfecting bottles; to look at these. You always have a clean bottle. Of course they know better and got the medela. The baby is breastfed. She decided that she wouldn't take a bottle for us or her other grandparents. One day of screaming baby did it. I wasn't going to go through that. Ordered these; she took the bottle no problem! She hardly burps and we haven't had any spit up. These are wonderful; they are the best. Don't use anything else.

Love / Hate
Let me start out by saying I have a love / hate relationship with these bottles. I have 7 children and used Avent Classic with all of them and loved them!! Easy to fill, easy to clean, durable, etc. Then baby #7 arrived and by 3 months he was screaming when given bottles of expressed BM and a lot of the times during the day for up to an hour at a time. (I exclusively pump.) We gave him gas drops with EVERY bottle, tried formula, burped him constantly. He does have acid reflux and GERD, but so did 3 of my other kids and they NEVER acted like this. Ped just kept saying it was trapped gas. Not in the tummy, but in the intestinal tract. She was right. We switched to these bottles b/c we could squeeze out the extra air. After 3 days of only these bottles, our baby was like a different baby!!! No more crying or fighting to feed him. He finally started napping for more than 20 mins at a time.Still, these bottles were a pain. The plastic liners sometimes had holes, so when I pushed the air out, BM would start dripping out the side. If I took the bottle out of my son's mouth, the air would rush back in and I would have to push all the air out again. The nipples CONSTANTLY collapse. They are huge to hold. We bought the 8 ounce bottles b/c my son was eating 4 ounces at a time & knew he would only eat more as he got bigger. So, being fed up I went back to the Avent bottles that I loved. Within 24 hours, he was again screaming in pain!! Back to the Playtex bottles we go. Then I found the silicone liners!! NO HOLES!!! However, they only hold 6 ounces of prepared formula. My baby is now 6 months old. At home, he drinks 3 ounces of thawed BM in each bottle and 2-2.5 of formula at a time. When out and about, I have been just giving him a bottle of formula, so I don't have to carry a cooler + warmer for his bottles. I filled it with 6 ounces of water, but then there is NO room to add the formula. So, now I have to use the plastic liners when we are on the go. Back to holes being in the liners! It's like I can't win.I am just waiting for the day when I he maybe grows out of this so I can go back to my beloved Avent bottles.

Best Bottles For Coloc & Gas
What I love about the Playtex Baby Nurser Bottles with Drop-Ins is that you are giving your baby a clean, sanitized, air-free feeding session each and every time with formula or breast milk. These bottles are very easy to use! Simply place the drop in liner into the bottle, add formula or breast milk, warm, gently squeeze the air out of the bottle and feed! Once you are done, dispose of the drop in and wash bottle along with the nipple for the next feeding session.

Newborn loves!
I had started out with the Tommie yippie bottles, and my son did not take to the design. I decided to try Playtex, soooo happy I did. His gas before was terrible, after starting on Playtex, his gas diminished a lot, he burps easier, and drinks more. The disposable liners are great, makes it super fast to clean the rest of the bottle. They are bulky, so fitting more than 2 in a diaper bag can be challenging, but a happy baby is worth the challenge.Expensive bottles don't always mean the best! Will not try another brand.

Don't like nipples amd lids
Nipples very difficult to attach to white lids. Like the old style better. Won't purchase again, will go back to non disposable bottles when worn out or when I get tired of struggling with them.
