For the longest time I had been using pads and tampons and eventually became fed up with how drying and environmentally damaging they are. I had tried using a DivaCup in late high school but never could figure it out. I thought I’d try menstrual cups again and found this brand. I really appreciate how environmentally aware the company is and their efforts in reducing waste. I love the fact that everything included is biodegradable! I ordered the small size and was pleased that there’s no dyes in the cup. I found that inserting the cup was much easier this time around, and maybe that’s just because I’m more familiar with my body than when I was as a teen. It’s quick to unfold and I find that the firmness is just right for me. I do have to empty it out sooner on my heavier days but that’s to be expected with cups. I do have some leaking when I work out but that may be user error or I may have have to use a firmer cup when I want to run. Over all, I’m very pleased! Thinking about ordering a back up for travel/just in case. All that being said, take into account your body and your needs! There is no “be all” cup for every person.

I am not the one to write reviews never the less believe everything I see. But ladies this is some real good stuff! First time trying the cup & first time loving it. It’s super effective. I went with this one because it had great reviews to begin with, it’s organic, seems super safe and price was negotiable.So you really have to be comfortable with getting all up in there. If you’re not willing to do that then maybe this might not be for you. But if you may be considering it using gloves always works too. Many say the first time is complicated but if you KNOW your body already as it is then you’ll do just fine with the insertion and removal. You must get to know your cervix. I’m on my second day and my flow is heavier. I inserted it at 6am and it was 4pm when I felt a leak. I would recommend wearing a panty liner if you’re going to be out and about.Why did I consider the menstrual cup? Because we don’t know what is in our products when it comes to tampons and pads. They’re not mandated to provide ingredients in the packaging. So we must try to help ourselves. I feel like with tampons my period lasts forever and with pads it smells, it shows, and it’s constant visits to the bathroom.So far I’m VERY pleased with what I received and I recommend EVERY female to switch over to menstrual cups and love your lady down there. She’s special and deserves some good treatment :)

I've tried many menstrual cups and this is the only one that makes me feel comfortable and not paranoid about having leaks when walking, sitting or working out. I've even wore it while surfing on my period and had no leaks at all...truth be told, I even forgot I was on my period. This is in part due to the fact that it's customizable: you are able to trim the stem to your preferred fitting. I also think that the design is very clever when it comes to the placement of tiny suction holes that keep the cup in place while also making it easy to remove. The design of the packaging itself and the inclusion of a cleaning brush and pouch to carry the cup makes you feel like the people who designed it actually care about their costumer's comfort and peace of mind. Highly recommend it.

Hacer caso a uso de copa menstrual para personas que no han dado a luz. La copa grande fue algo incomoda para insertar (compre la grande porque tengo bastante flujo menstrual) y me tomó algo de días acostumbrarme. La comodidad de no tener que preocuparme por manchar o reemplazar mi toalla sanitaria hizo que obviara lo demás. ¡La recomiendo!

I love everything about my EcoCup. The packaging was compact and well-designed, and came with multiple items. This includes the cup, a small brush for cleaning it, instructions, and a small bag for storing the items. The cup itself is built well and I have had no problems figuring out the mechanics of the cup. I'm very pleased with this product, and look forward to helping out the environment!

I'd never used one of these before but a friend recommended it to me and I'm so glad I tried it. The packaging is modern and tasteful, with a cute little pouch and a brush to clean it. The cup itself is really easy to use—flexible and completely unnoticeable once it's in place. So happy to be using something that's both effective and better for the environment.

I’m a first-time user of cups, and I’m happy to say my experience was awesome for lighter days. However, I did find out that I’ll need to alternate between the larger size for my heavier days and the smaller size for my lighter days. Overall, this product is a great investment. I love the gender neutral packaging!
