Waste of paper and money. This book is poorly put together. The spacing of the words is messed up and hard to read. The measurements are inconsistent.Very few of the “recipes” use kratom in a way that highlights it’s unique taste or properties. Anyone can figure out to mix it with yogurt but there is an entire page devoted to it.

The book has helped me in providing more information about the uses of the KRATOM plant and the different preparations which can be useful. I have used it before as tea recipes but now the author has expanded it availability in various forms and uage even as food recipes.

I really enjoyed learning the methods of ingesting kratom but I didnt give it a 5 because I need more recipes that people like because I dont want to waste my kratom experimenting.

Good info on dosing and types of kratom. Definitely recommended. Recipes are approachable with regular ingredients. Also, loved your dogs pic! I have a boxer too!

It's an ok read. I like kratom as a tea. Just add boiling water to the powder and drink it down

No facts. Useless book

Bought this book for a Kratom lover I know; but before giving it I read the book myself. I found it very informative, I learned a lot about Kratom that I didn't know before this book. But I do wish it had more content and recipes. I read the whole book in one day lol. So if you're looking for a book with a ton of recipes for Kratom I would look elsewhere.

Very disappointed! Expected so much more. Small book, large print! Feel jipped!
