Please find another alternative way to buy it.
When I bought it for the first time the taste was ok. But for the second time it was too bad. I couldn't eat it. They send products which are close to expiry date. Better to order directly from maruthua pharma. They will send you fresh new products. And for the product , it didn't bring drastic changes in me. But i notice a slight weight gain. I had 9 bottles in 3 months in order to bring about that change. One needs to complete the course.
