Great for patients who tend to fall.
Works in bed or in a chair. Can move it easily from place to place. Falls have decreased significantly since use began.

Works great
Has been working great for knowing when my mom with dementia, gets up during the night.

Great Product!
Works like a charm. It is easy to install and set up, and loud enough to wake even the heaviest of sleepers to alert them of someone getting out of bed.

Works, but can't use it
The line (like a phone cord) between the sensor and the alarm is too short. Only about 4-5ft. We have a king bed. I have to put the mat on one side and then have the alarm next to me in the headboard so I can turn it off. It won't reach. So wanted to use a longer phone cord, so bought a 12ft telephone line, but it is not the same size. The alarm one is smaller than a regular phone line cord. Also there is no way to turn it on or off temporarily.

Battery receptor is wrong size
The receptor for the battery is exactly the same size as the prongs of the 9V battery. So, it does not fit and the whole thing does not work. This must be a new low for poor design. Sam M

I now have piece of mind and a better night's sleep!
On reading the reviews the only thing I was concerned about was the battery not fitting. To my surprise, a battery was included and already installed! My Mom was trying to get out of bed at night and I was so afraid she would fall. This alarm has given me piece of mind, and a much better night's sleep! The beeping is loud enough that I can hear it pretty much through the house, but it doesn't really upset my Mom at all (when getting her up in the am, it does go off, maybe an on/off button would be a practical solution?) But there is a button on the unit to push to stop the alarm. I've hung this on the foot of the bed, and it does have to be plugged it to an outlet.

Great
Now I know when mom gets up. Under the person can alarm with moving. I put under bedside rug and when she puts her feet down and moves them it goes off. Load to hear on other side of home. Mom’s safer.

Was okay …
Super loud but would beep when nobody was sitting on it. Liked the idea but was finicky.
