Kicker 46TL7T82 TL7T 8" (20cm) Solo-Baric Subwoofer in Thin Profile Enclosure, 2-Ohm, 350 Watt

I put two of the 8's in my 2022 tacoma dbl-cab on a 1000.1 memphis. It doesn't play low bass "10 to 30 hz" very loud but rock, country.. very nice..

I have a 1993 chevy single cab truck with bucket seats, So when I purchased this item it was for the fitment which was a good choice. I have purchased Kicker products before and they have always performed well. I know that they are not top of the line but I would think that the Subwoofer would last longer than a year seeing that I only drive this truck maybe twice a month. Very disappointed will not be buying Kicker products again and since this a sealed box I cannot just replace the subwoofer.

Sounds very nice, but I have a 22 tundra. You could hear it in the back seat but wouldn’t carry the sound to the front of a cab.

Fits my 2020 Toyota Tacoma perfectly. Nice snug fit without the Kicker GL7 8" grill. The grill adds extra protection to the subwoofer travel range during operation with the rear seat covering it. I have seen another install that the owner trimed the edge of the bin for the grill but it was not really necessary. It will fit snugly without trimming the bin if you prefer to keep trimming and drilling to a minimum. This Subwoofer really improves the missing base that door speakers can't provide. For the Kicker CXARC remote Bass knob I removed the mounting case and drilled a hole to mount the knob to look factory installed. The remote allows adjustment from 0 to +6 dB of subwoofer base for my Kicker CXA660 5 channel amp and comes with a 17 foot control cable.
