I do not recommend this product. Very difficult to install. Company provides no videos or any help besides some basic instructions lacking in detail. Watched videos from other net companies and tried to install. Design flaw: the clips keep popping out. I haven't given up but getting very frustrated. Scared now reading above review mentioning if net pops out, pet or child may more easily drown if they get entangled by the net. If I'm able to finally install it, I will test it and if it stills pops out, will throw it out. Definitely do not recommend.Update, I finally threw it out because it kept popping off.

It sucks! It takes for ever to install. I called 4 times to get help from the company with no success.And it took us 3 weeks to install after tons of YouTube videos. It’s not practical to use on the daily bases. I regret buying it!!!!

Net was easy to install. Hooks don't always stay in place in the plastic anchors unless the net is pulled tightly. As I was installing the net, some of the hooks kept coming off.

The anchors are plastic and the hooks are metallic .... when you tension the net the hooks brake the anchors and get out the hole... the system is bad designed. The manufacture knows the problem and do nothing to solve it. I had bad customer experience talking to customer service department (Amazon) in order to resolve the problem.. In order to get refund they ask me to return the full product.. How I can return plastics anchor that are placed in the concrete?

Good for safety without having to put up a fence. Little/no instructions or support videos To help DIY. Especially the binding process. Shorted 20 ft of cord but had xtra mounts. Made it work with some ingenuity and, once done correctly, it does hold my 4 y/o up from getting wet.

I Just paid 800 dollars for a safety net that is not safe and not práctical. I really dont understand why the company would make the hooks in such a way that they keep popping out of the securing place. When we try to tense the net all the hooks start popping out and falling into the pool. This does not even hold the net itself it for sure cannot hold a Child. This should not be sold. Another thing is the manual, it is horrible no images that help with anything and what you get is like half of the work done, the other half you have to do it. because of all the work required to ensemble the net they should sell it very cheap. For me to buy this again is impossible not even if someone pays me, someone owes me for all the work done to have this installed for nothing. In the end I bought this to keep my Child safe and this is NOT safe for anyone.
