This is so perfectly fit my training plan that it covers walking, biking, running and heart beat rate monitor. I can track my daily activities base on it. It also comes along with a easy-to-use apps on the phone so I can have stats over a time period, and it records my sleepness too. It's really a good product that I'd strongly recommend to people who are looking for a buget but well made fitness tracker.

Not impressed with this item, sometimes it takes a while to start registering my steps in the morning. Also it has counted steps while I have been driving.
