Really wish it had come with a printed manual, but it was easy to locate and download the digital version. The first thing I wanted to do was update the firmware. It does not come with a USB cable, so I needed to locate the proper type. Turns out an old camera cable did the trick. After that, I successfully connected the scanner to my 2018 Ram Promaster and was able to check and reset my SRS warning light. That's all I have used it for so far, but I am confident that this will be an effective and useful tool. The build quality seems good, so I think it will last a while, and the lifetime updates should prevent premature obsolescence.
