Yes it's about the product but we had a problem with our mail etc not sure what happened but this company have gone out there way to keep us upto date and sorted it out for us all, I will be buying of them in the future and look forward to dealing with them.

Was really pleased with this wig, was able to wear comfortably with a wig cap and it stayed in place all night. It’s not super amazing quality, but given the low price it certainly did the job for a Halloween party.
