Bad taste, Not at all as described. Won't use.

Got this as present for my friend who’s been wanting to quit. She says it doesn’t taste bad at all and it actually helps her when she has a craving!

Doesn’t taste like cinnamon at all - it kinda reminds me of that Swedish Easter soda they sell at ikea - good but not good at the same time. I purchased this to help with cravings as I try to transition off of nicotine gum. The spray has extracts from cinnamon, ginger, cayenne and black pepper so I was hoping for there to be some kick to it like nicotine gum has but there isn’t even a little bit.Would this be more appealing to me back when I was getting off of cigarettes? Maybe. But I don’t recommend it flavor wise if you actually want cinnamon flavor. I’m going to keep using it though since I already got it and see if it really does help with cravings.

I am trying to quit smoking and thought (hoping) this was going to work. And it sadly doesn’t. Taste is bad. This is the second thing i got from this company and it didn’t work.

The vomit that occured after the spray tasted better than the spray. Not any kind of cinnamon flavor. Don't buy

Product is very descrete, can carry in a small purse or a mens jean pocket. Cinammon taste is alot better than expected, its a smooth tea like flavor as apposed to the tamale candy flavor I expected. The after taste although smokey isn't chemicaly tasting either. Also has a saftey mechanism incase a small child finds it they cant spray it.

Works to relieve the anxiety and makes you feel calm. Flavor not bad. Handy size.
