I have a 10 m2 polytunnel greenhouse and it keeps it at 10C when there is 4C outside by running less than 10% of time at 2 kW. I use an external termostat, so can't comment about exactness.I wouldn't soak it, but when watering, random drops won't get near heating elements or motor. So it is reasonably water resistant, sturdy and suitable for greenhouse use. I keep it on a stepping stone though :)

The handle that I needed to fix had a problem in that the 2 screws that needed to be undone to re fix the handle was made very difficult because 1 screw was impossible to remove from the casing.Rather than send it back I have resorted to superglue.Very prompt delivery.

Have not used it yet but it appears to be exactly what my husband wanted for his greenhouse.

Needed a heater for my greenhouse and this won does the job fine. I used Paraffin ones in the past but found them rather smelly.

Although the heater is sturdy but dose not switch off when at the temperature needed . I suppose that was my fault as I thought it did like most heaters . so you have to keep going to the greenhouse to put it on or off as it seams to run cold when reached the temperature. be good for summer before putting plants out to help them stay cool and not shrivel up I suppose. Bit disappointed with it .
