It works
A new belt for my tumble dryer was £48. Decided To try this first.My first 2 attempts using a soldering iron failed.5 minutes on YouTube, a gas hob and a knife later resulted in a perfect joint.Brilliant stuff

Works great
Point to note when using. Get it hot to melt the ends it nearly has to be dripping. Think hot glue gun image. Once bonded and cooled ( let it cool for a couple of minutes) shave off the excessSorted our tumble drier no problem good and strong.

Join with care for perfection
Curious stuff if you've never used it before but once I'd watched a YouTube video or two, made a simple jig to guide ends together, got out the 100w soldering iron as a heat source and joined it up it's worked perfectly coupling my 380w motor to my lathe very reliably. Several hours of use its showing no signs of coming unwelded.

No pude soldar las dos puntas, dos intentos sin éxito, lo devolví con 5mm menos para no estropear más cantidad. Quizás sea yo que no se soldarlo, con el verde no he tenido nunca problemas, siempre a la primera,
