like everyone else
Unfortunately, like everyone else, my pump died in maybe a month and a half.It doesn't sound like I am going to get much help from Thermaltake, judging by other folks experience with the RMA/Warranty process, much less the 'repaired' product that you're supposed to get back, so I frankly haven't even bothered with doing that.Instead, in my research for a reason why this would occur / for a better solution, I pretty much discovered that it is nearly impossible to find a "cheap" water cooling kit with long-term proven reliability. So, I just accepted that fact and bought an EKWB kit (P240) to replace this one and.... I guess I'll probably just throw this one away. Not sure yet. Sad to waste $180.

Pump/Reservoir stopped working after 8 months, not a very clear warranty claim process either.
So, I am kinda stuck with this. I have had this kit in my build since June 9th, 2016 and it have leaked once. I redid the entire water loop and used 90 degrees fittings to ensure the leak won't happen and just recently discovered my computer overheating and turning off. I realized that the problem was the pump had stopped working. There is no vibration or any indication to tell me if the pump is working or not (I have tested it separately as well), the liquid is not being pulled through the water loop at all.I am still under warranty so I am trying to get a replacement of the pump/res combo, but even that process is very difficult through thermeltake's website. Awaiting response of their technical team.

So Bad :/
Save your money and time. I bought this in December and needed to replace it twice already. My second replacement didnt even last 1 month before giving out. Both times it was the pump failing.

Dead pump
the pump decided to die today. Lasted only 3months. Avoid this kit and invest on something better.
