I love this stuff
I hate ace bandages. They never stay in place, eventually bunch up and some how can get tighter in an area after bunching up to the point that it's giving you more pain than the injury.I am no stranger to sports injury, but I always bounce back. I've been through so much therapy, for some issues that I tend to repeat, I try to resolve it myself first before seeing a doctor. My chiropractor introduced me to this tape and I bought my first role from her. The injury I bought it for was stabilized enough using the tape and with her adjustments, everything got better. No orthopedist needed (I try to stay away from them because whenever it comes down to I can't avoid seeing them, it's either traction, which I like, or surgery, which I hate). So I try to avoid them like the plague. Let me make myself clear. I know my body and when my injuries are bad and need immediate doctor attention vs. let me see if I can heal this one on my own. The majority of the population isn't like this and if you are wondering if you should see a doctor for an injury, the answer is yes just because you are asking that question. Don't try to be a hero; I've seen some crazy injuries in the emergency rooms that were made worse because people waited days before seeking help.Over time, both of my knees have been operated on due to meniscus tears. My left knee was starting to show signs of one again and I was making it worse because the knee was getting increasingly unstable. The more unstable it got, the higher the risk I had of tearing the meniscus more. Having been taped up so many times before, I taped up all the parts that work the knee as they work the knee. It was almost like a brace but better because I could tend to each muscle group separately to support them as they should support the knee. By doing this, it makes the muscles work in the specific way they are supposed to work to support the knee. I don't know why, but sometimes, maybe due to poor habits or unnoticed injuries, they don't exactly support the knee correctly anymore. The tape is good for 5 days. You can shower and soap it up. After two weeks of this, I removed the tape for the last time and lo and behold, I had one stable knee again :-) Ace bandages cannot do anything like this, but if you aren't getting better at all (staying the same or getting worse) or if the pain is too much to bear at any point in time (even in the beginning... put the tape down and dial your doctor), this tape does not replace a doctor. Even in the experience I share above, if after 2 weeks, I still had pain, I would be on the phone making an appointment with my orthopedist without hesitation.Oh, one more thing, there are videos on web sites on how to tape up injured areas of the body. You can look up "spider tape video" or "kinesiology tape video". You should look to see if there's a video for your injury. Most of those videos are for precut tapes, but after a few applications, you get the idea of how it should be done.Always remember, your doctor knows best. I'm just a little too experienced with some sports injuries, that I know how to take care of those by myself now.

loved it, works great

Does what it should, just doesn’t stay on long.
Very good, provides support and stretch all in one. However, it is not as sticky as I would expect. It usually will not last more than 1-2 days.

Works, but could be better. Olive oil will help release the glue
Tape like this always walks the line between being sticky enough to stay in place but not so sticky that surgery is required to remove it. This tape doesn't really pass the test. If you put it on too close to the workout the sweat will cause it to come off. If you leave it on too long the the glue will stay on your body after tape comes off. While the tape is on and stuck its good but it can be hard to get off. The best thing to remove the tape is wet it on the shower or with olive oil.

Great quality
I bought this to help with my pregnancy pelvic pain. It’s like taking the pain out with hands, was such a relief for me. In the beginning was great because didn’t gave any rash or itching (I try KT tape and with one day of using had to take out, so itchy) but after a couple weeks using it started to irritating my skin and I had to stop using.Besides that for sure I recommend this brand! Was a great relief for my pain.

Could be much better Edit: utter trash
It is not precut. There is a sticker keeping the roll together and it is impossible to remove it without ruining a few inches of tape. The tape itself does not stick very well. Even after rounding the edges, clothing can make it start peeling. It doesn't stay on my heel overnight, the only KT tape that I have tried that can't.Utter and complete trash and that it where it is going. There are much better brands out there.

Easy to use
I use this tape to lift my belly to help with my prenatal back pain and it helps. I’m sure if I knew how to properly apply it it would be better. I didn’t shave and I kinda wish I did but it’s not too bad taking it off. HIGHLY RECOMMEND you take it off dry not after a shower. The hot water makes the adhesive stick to your skin when you remove the tape and it’s hard to get off your skin. But if you take it off dry it peels right off. I left it on for 2 days I’m sure it could last longer than that. I shower with it on ans wash it like I normally bathe.

best bang for the buck
I’m a cyclist and use kinesio tape mainly for knee pain but occasionally for neck pain too. The SpiderTech tape adds support and alleviates some of the pain in my problem areas. Because the tape is expensive I use it sparingly, typically only for longer rides and only if I’ve been in recent pain. I like the beige color because it’s less noticeable and I only wear the tape for less than a day. I have found that with all brands the effectiveness is relatively short lived (about 8 hours tops). After that the supportiveness starts to break down and for maximum effectiveness it’s best to reapply fresh tape. I’ve tried a number of different brands of kinesio tape including the more expensive Rock Tap and SpiderTech works just as well. It stays on even in hot and sweaty conditions with lots of movement. I’ve also used Kinesio Tex Classic and found that tape to have the worst staying power out of the three brands. Because SpiderTech costs less I’ll be using it again.

Great
I used this to help with shin splints, and it did an absolutely amazing job. In the past i would run one day and not be able to walk for a week or two using this and compression socks i ran for three days of the week with absolutely no pain and the tape lasted a couple days each time in fact it would have lasted longer but i took it off and it was still so sticky after sweating and showers that it did hurt a little my guess would be it would be ready to pull off at about a week if left on. I will definitely purchase again
