Sheet Metal

The book is of good quality and include a lot of information. Kinda wish the typeface in the pages was shift returned instead of words having hyphens before going to the next line trying to make out words. But I wish the cover of the book was a little thicker because first time I opened the book, the cover already has creases in it. So I just have to be careful with it. All in all, good book for school.

Used came in good condition, good reference

This textbook covers sheet metal working topics from tool to layouts. The illustrations are informative. I had a beaten up used copy and tracked down a like new one because I like it that much. The emphasis is definitely on HVAC ductwork, not auto-body work such as raising, sinking, or using an English wheel. But, if you want to learn about making ducts this is the book.

This book have a basic information about metal sheet work. I expected more information about bend angles, but the book is more technical. Is not bad, but may be have more engineering focus.

Well written with plenty of detailed pictures as examples. Questions at the end of each chapter are easy to find compared to other HVAC-related classes (e.g., refrigeration and heating) I am and have taken too. Very satisfied with the purchase. Two thumbs up.

This is an old book and a little outdated for 2016, but it's one of the best for layout.

Our technical college has selected this book as the textbook for our Sheet Metal Duct Farication class. Our college bookstore was out of the textbook and I needed another copy quickly. This purchase filled that need very well.

I got this book for my sheet metal fab class and I am so glad I did. It contained all the material that was needed to pass all of the tests with A's.
