Eminence Strawberry Rhubarb Dermafoliant, 4.2 Ounce

Was turned on this from my facials. This really helps clean pores, gets rid of white heads and dead skin. When I use it consistently 2 times a week I can see the difference my skin is smoother and less oily.

I absolutely love this product, my esthetician recommended it for me. It works great and you noticed an instant difference from 1 use. If you love skincare and want a great product this one is it. I also got my husband to use it. I have sensitive skin and his is more sensitive so it’s very nice to have found a product that works for both of us.

Wow is all I can say about this product. It is gentle but effective. ALL NATURAL NO CHEMICALS OR ACIDS! Cleanse as usual with whatever cleanser you chose, then use this product and when you rinse your face, you can instantly feel it has been exfoliated. Small little bumps in the pores slowly go away leaving my face super smooth like I had a peel...I'm outside a lot and between dirt and sweat my pores tend to clog easily. My dermatologist gave me a sample of this before I left her office after receiving an IPL treatment. She suggested waiting a couple of weeks for the IPL to do it's thing and let my skin rest. After 2 weeks, I could feel little bumps of clogging pores again so I tried the product. Simply amazing! And one bottle of this will undoubtedly last months as you use about the size of a dime in the palm of your had, add a bit of water to turn it into a paste and apply to the face (not under eyes) and it gently but effectively defoliates dead skin cells. After cleansing and defoliating, I use a vitamin C serum all over my face; after that has soaked in I apply my favorite daily moisturizer. If I don't do this routine the defoliant tends to "strip" the natural oils from my skin (I have very dry skin and live in an area where there is virtually zero humidity). I love this stuff and am leery of new products but this is my go to for exfoliating without chemicals forever!

I'm in my late 40s with very oily, acne-prone skin. I was looking for a physical exfoliant to replace my Dermalogica Daily Microfoliant when a friend suggested I try this Eminence Strawberry Rhubarb scrub. It's not quite a dupe for the Dermalogica but for $20+ less, this is really a great value. Every 10 days or so, I use an AHA peel solution and just like me, my skin has trouble letting go. So a few days after I use the AHA peel (the AHA continues to loosen dead skin cells even after washing the solution off), I use this scrub to finish the job and also whenever my skin look/feels kind of dull and flaky.This Strawberry Rhubarb scrub smells a little weird, like a mix of strawberry, which is very pleasant, and something else that is less pleasant and lasts for quite a while; I purchased my first bottle in November 2019 and am about halfway through the shaker bottle. Unfortunately, one of the reasons it's lasted so long (aside from only using it twice a month) is because the shaker dispenser top is super tiny and clogs really easily, and as a result, dispenses very very little at a time. I keep meaning to decant the scrub into a less problematic container like a large spice jar but never remember to until I need the scrub. It's an excellent product but using it shouldn't make me angry.

A while back I went all natural/organic with my skincare and makeup. I may not always choose PERFECTLY, but I feel the more chemicals you can avoid in or on your body, the better. This product is a great substitution (for me, anyway) for the Clarisonic. I had to give mine up because it was causing small vessels in my cheeks to rupture and now they are a little ruddy in spots. I use it at night about three times per week to slough off dead skin cells from my face, neck and upper chest. The package indicates that adding a little water makes a creamy paste; that isn't my experience. It's pretty granular no matter how much I blend it on my hand before application. After cleansing, I just dab the paste onto all the quadrants of my face, gently rub in circular motions, and rinse. I also have added it to the tail end of my face wash process by mixing it in with my cleanser--eliminating a step. Either way I use it, the next morning my skin is amazingly soft and polished/smoother looking. I love finding all natural products that truly work...and this is one of them. And while Eminence is generally a great brand found in many spas touting organic or natural skincare, be sure to always read the label because I have found products of theirs that have included ingredients I avoid.

The media could not be loaded. I have used this for years. The bottle last a long time. Just a little goes very far. Just had a little bit of water scrub it on your face. I use it 2 to 3 times a week. Totally worth it!

I first purchased this at my Dermatologist and have stayed using it for years now. It's nice that you can just add this to your daily/nightly facial wash and get a nice exfoliation on your face.
