Works well! I've noticed muscle mass gains and no loss of muscle mass despite high amounts of cardio and long hours of lifting.

Quality is third party checked by Informed Sport, so you can be more confident what's in here is what they list.Capsules are fine and good. You pay more for the powder in the capsule than the powder on its own. I'd recommend the powder if you have something to mix it with for flavor. The capsules otherwise.

Anything NOW Is Good!
My son swears by this product for muscle recovery and says it's a must-have for anyone who works out regularly. He goes to the gym 4-5 times a week and has asked me to order this for him. I have used many other NOW products including supplements and oils and everything they make is good. I have never had a bad experience with any of their products and they are very affordable. NOW is a family-owned and operated business that has been around for many years.

Slows down muscle loss
HMB help me hang onto my muscles. I use it together with Creatine ethyl ester, agmatine, citrulline, D-ribose. Along with daily exercise I am actually growing muscle at age 79!
