So, this mirror is amazingly sturdy. I was looking for a nice mirror for our black & white tiled bathroom. This one was GREAT! I have no idea how to mount anything on tile (yes, I have watched the Youtube Videos and I am still dumb.) So, I had the brilliant idea of mounting it to the tile using gorilla mounting tape (I now realize that this is a BAD IDEA). It lasted about a month like that before we woke to the sound of a few giant crashes in our house. The mirror had fallen onto the pedastal sink, against the tiled wall, and down to the tiled floor... not a scratch on it. No shattered glass, no broken frame, nothing. IT WAS AMAZING!!! It is currently propped up on the sofa and I pass by it in awe every day until I can find someone competent enough to mount that sucker back on the wall properly! GREAT MIRROR!

Came on time. Sturdy. Looks like hung.

Would like to know the easiest way to keep it from steaming up. Looks great.

So, let start by saying, the packaging was destroyed. It had also been lost in transit for so long that Amazon sent me my money back bc it had been weeks. When it arrived, I was convinced it had to be broken. There were puncture holes all over, box was ripped open on one side.. It was awful. But the mirror was completely intact. I have no idea how.. But it was perfectly fine with the exception of one small issue. The paper backing on the. Back side of the mirror had a rip from one of the punctures through the box but it doesn't affect the mirror in any way. It's very large, clean and looks nice. I use it for my make up vanity and added some stick on bulb lights. Very please with everything other than shipping.

First mirror was scratched so ordered a replacement and that mirror is scratched also. I'm not going to bother asking for another replacement...the defects are there but not eyesores.Disappointed in that aspect but other than that it's a lovely mirror.

I've purchased this mirror in the polished chrome and the darker brushed silver finishes for three different bathroom renovation projects. The mirrors arrived packaged well, no damage. They are not overly heavy and are easy to hang. Note that installing according to instructions will result in the mount being slightly visible from the side. After being dissatisfied with my first installation, I switched to the wire method and it works fine. The sleek design is perfect for a modern application.

We bought 3 of these mirrors when we recently renovated 2 bathrooms. The price, quality and value are all excellent. Urban Inspirations' customer service and promptness to resolve issues (one of which was in fact not their fault), was really excellent and much appreciated. On our first order of 2 mirrors, Canada Post crushed one of the mirrors in transit. The seller immediately credited us for the broken product and shipped our replacement order out very quickly. On our order for the second bathroon, they shipped us 2 mirrors in place of the oine ordered - they only billed for one but shipped 2 in error. We alerted them to this errror and they asked us to return the additional product via Canada Post., When we advised we were in Covid lockdown, they were sensitive to the risk of going to a Canada Post outlet, and told us to keep the additional mirror at no charge, rather than put ourselves at risk by taking it to the post office, This was very much appreciated and is a testament to the seller's excellent customer service.I would highly recommend both the product and the seller to anyone seeking a quality, classy looking, good value addition to their decor
