Athlyt - Unisex's Kettlebell Black

I had to use a metal file to smooth off a rough part on the hand grip, so maybe best to have one available. Apart from that, this is absolutely fine. I bought it for my wife, but I've started using it for certain exercises in place of my 16kg one, which I simply can't lift over my head one-handed. 8kg is pretty easy for that, and now allows me to do all the exercises on my app.It's a solid piece of kit, literally, and I now reckon that kettlebells are possibly the best, cheap item to actually make a difference, especially if you use a training plan.

I wanted my own kettlebell for home workouts. It arrived well packaged and I was surprised by the quality and value for money. It’s comfortable and easy to use. I also bought the 3kg dumbbells. Both came with a leaflet showing exercise ideas which I found really useful.

Smaller than I thought but i assumed all kettlebells were like the ones in the gym, but works grand and came nicely wrapped and secure.

Its a nice kettlebell but my one had rough, sharp edges underneath the bar part on the left and right side. because of it, I've got cuts on my fingers. I'm not sure if all of them have it but be wary

Good size for a kettlebell (as some can be quite large) and great quality too.

I bought this product whilst on maternity to help regain some fitness and lose the weight I'd gained through pregnancy. Not having the time to go to the gym this product has been great, allowing me to follow a range of home work out routines, all in my living room with baby by my side.
