Great for wod
Like the structure and ease of writing down wod without all the fillers ex: water, food, sleep, etc.

Hubby and I decided not to let the virus beat us while we were trying to get fit so we set up a mini gym in the garage and bought our WOD journals to help us stay on track. This one fit me, because I tend to fuss and complain when things get tough lol. Its been a big help! Easy to use and keep track of all my workouts. plenty of room for notes
