CLIMBX Fix-B Rock Climbing Bouldering Nylon Chalk Bag with Chalk Ball

I love how it cinches so the chalk doesn't all fall out. Great value for how cheap it is!

It does it’s job but it’s really flimsy but it does keep chalk contained

It arrived on time, but didn’t arrive with chalk like the product description/title indicated. The bag was covered in dust, but after wiping it off with a wet paper towel it looks fine. I like the color and the closure seems to be solid which was really hard to tell from the product images. The bag does have a flat bottom which is awesome if you don’t climb with it clipped to your waist.

A couple things, a chalk ball is not a ball of chalk, it is a fuzzy ball that holds a little chalk on it when it is kept in the bag with liquid chalk. The ball makes it easy to get the chalk to your hands without making a mess. This comes with a chalk ball, but no chalk. There was a very narrow waist strap that came with it. Because the strap is very narrow, the buckle is quite small, and thus not supper strong. Still it is only the weight of the bag on the strap, and it is adequate to hold that weight, only when you get some rock tugging on your bag does the strap get tested. I honestly don't like my bag on a strap, i attach it to the climbing harness with a small carabiner. This bag has a couple of loops that will work in that setup, and leave the strap behind. The waist strap would be useful if you are bouldering without a climbing harness. There is a drawstring closure that mostly closes off the bag when cinched; the bag itself is not zippered There is also a cover on a captive strap that is kept in a zippered pocket. I did not find the cap fit the top of the bag well, probably will need an outer bag to keep all the chalk in during storage. Well constructed and the right size for my chalk needs.
