Delicious
I absolutely love this stuff, it's addictive! Yes, it's sour but not too sour for my palate anyway and it's got a lovely umami, salty, spiciness that I personally really enjoy. Plus the most important part is that's it's organic and not pasteurised. I will be buying more for sure.

Very Vinegary. Not like kimchi. Very disappointing.
Sorry, but this is really not anything like authentic kimchi. We eat quite a lot in our house. This tasted more like pickled cabbage. Extremely vinegary. Very pale. Considering how obsessed with kimchi my daughter is, this is the first that has ever ended up uneaten.

Needs Gochujang to be okay.
The taste is bareable. There is a nice tang to it and it has a nice crunch. Apart from that it is sub par. There is not enough sauce in the packet and there is no spice.If you get it pack it into a small so that it can be in the juice properly. Also add some gochujang to it and it will taste a lot better.

Really delicious - love it!
Been buying this kimchi at Planet Organic and so happy to find it online! Love that its organic AND vegan, which most other brands seem not to be. I'd say definitely give Yumchi a try if you're into probiotic stuff.

Brilliant organic Kimchi
This Kimchi is great. I can see other reviewers saying it doesn’t taste like “normal” kimchi but I think they are not taking into account that this is a fully organic product. Highly recommend this Kimchi.

Tried this today and wasnt sure what to expect. I like it, bit of heat of it. I served it with salad. Very nice.The right amount in each pktHugh amount of packets. Enough for one serving each pkt

The judges of this 'award' winning product must have been born without any taste buds. Truly awful kimchi only fit for consumption in desperation during the current confinement period. There was hardly any cabbage. Too many carrots slices. The sourness overpowered everything else in the product.
