I purchased a thermal fogger on Amazon. These foggers require a specific product for their use and this is a thermo odor product (must solvent based--include oil in the product). Thankfully, this product works in thermal foggers. We had a strange odor in our garage and it was very persistent. I admit I was worried this would "cover up" the odor and I would end up with an odd layered smell--kind of like at first it smells fresh then the funky smell kicks in and together they are a sickening smell. To my wonderful surprise, I was very wrong. (I followed all instructions and made sure I was well protected like a professional. Before using, please secure safe goggles, a heavy-duty construction mask (rubber with 2 filters) like you see in hazmat type pictures, and safe gloves.). I left the garage closed up for 24 hours before returning after fogging the entire space. The nasty smell somehow disappeared. I did not dread entering the garage anymore and appreciated it had a much fresher smell. I opened both doors to air it out a bit since I did not want such a strong deodorizer scent and that worked. If I end up with a similar problem in the future, I will use this product again.
