I initially received this as a sample to add to my water bottle. It took me a few months to actually try it out and I was very surprised. You will taste a slight flavor on your lips as you wet them, proof of the essential electrolytes one needs while riding. I wished I had this sooner to prevent the leg cramps I get after riding a long way. A little goes a long way. Only a capful is needed for each water bottle and we're talking the large ones folks, not the little ones. You will be able to go further, feel much better if you use this product as I have in the heat and humidity of Florida. The 12 bottles per case are enough to last a long time and I put one in every handlebar bag or whatever bag I have on the the bike, ready to assist others and ensuring I never leave the house without it.

Most electrolyte supplements have sugar mixed in. There are bottles of electrolyte water that is convenient unless you are hiking or camping etc. these little packets are perfect for just adding to your water without additional flavors or additives. These do not change the taste of your water.

This is a great product. Easy to carry one in my purse. I add these to all the water I drink in a day.

This is a must have for distance trail running. I take some before each race or heavy workout session to prevent leg cramps. It is a good preventative, but also a great savior for when cramps do occur. In the case of cramping take a few drops and soon enough the cramping goes away. It hasn't failed me yet, except for when I forgot to use it.

Excellent value. Product is perfectly portable for everyday use and for travel.
