Most Easy to Follow F & B Service Guide - Great for Waiters/students
I buy this for my friend and he loves it. He says this is the most easy to follow food & beverage service book. He is an experienced waiter. So I feel this will be helpful for anyone working in hotel industry.

Bought for someone, they said it's a good book but it does have some grammar / spelling errors.
