Very old advise, geared more to large Hotel Resort type of setting where you have multiple levels of management

A little outdated. Would be nice to find something more recent for my students.

I am working as front desk agent in a restaurant along with my study and really I find this book most easy to follow. It is a collection of 231 Front Office SOP that really covers all most everything I need to know as a Front Office Officer. Author's website http://www.hospitality-school.com has been most helpful hotel management website for me and now I find this book great for my career as well. Thanks hotelier tanji for all your training manuals.

Bought for someone, they said it's a good book but it does have some grammar / spelling errors.
