JAPONESQUE Radiance Primer

I will admit as a 20 year old female, I am just now a beginner in the makeup world, as I go frequently without wearing anything on my face. So I have just began experimenting with all kinds of foundations and have just recently discovered the wonders of using a primer. I'm obsessed with all that glitters, so naturally this was an immediate YES for me just based off the looks. I have very light skin and am prone to redness as well so i mixed this with a color correcting primer as well and it was honestly a perfect blend. I found that applying foundation over top of this product doesn't go as smoothly as my other primers, it almost seems to be a little dryer after settling and it dries really quickly, so you have to apply it fast (if that makes sense). However, wearing this by itself is what i have found to be the best use for it. It leaves my face with a slight glimmer, and seems to make my skin brighter and more radiant. The light color to it also gives me an even lighter look, which I personally enjoy. It also seems to make my pores less visible as well, especially on my nose. *I included the picture to give a look at how nice and bright it makes your skin look. All I have on my face is the Radiance Primer mixed with a different brand color correcting primer*

I didn't see mucn of a difference wiht or without to tell you the truth. but to be honest I have a flawless skin but I bought this for the glow people described that it gave. I didn't see that.

Not as slick as the Porefessional with a hint of lumescence. It functions well with my liquid and crème foundations. I like this a lot. I have been a Japonesque customer for a long time and was sad to see them leave Ulta. But now I know where to go to get my beloved foundation. Glass bottle - delivered fast and intact without any damage. Recommend this wholeheartedly.

This is a lightweight luminescent primer that can be worn with or without foundation. I highly recommend it!

I have been a big fan of Japonesque Velvet Touch Primer for many years. I tried to find it on Amazon this last time but could only find the Radiance Primer. I bought it hoping that it would be the same as the Velvet Touch with a little sheen to it. But, it is totally different. It is dry and has a lot of "sparkle". I will not purchase it again and hope that the Velvet Touch has not been discontinued.

I only wear a tinted moisturiser or BB cream, so this will help to hide the imperfections (of which there are many as I'm 63) even more! Lovey big bottle, but a bit difficult to open.
