Good product.

Worst product. Not able to use it. Poor quality camera accessories. Camera holder as picture within few month the poor holder parts materials are not sealed and joined properly. Holder metal loosen due improper bonding of glue between metal and plastic. I want try replacement of material. App disconnect from server often and no data caution displays many times on loginng in. Sd card shown abnormal hence recording is not recorded in sd card. And sd card slot sometimes not detecting sd card.

The media could not be loaded. The blue light always stays on which is a bad thing as people get aware that there is a cctv. Motion sensing recordings are a great space saver. No loop recordings on sd card. App is full of ads. Does not connect to 5g wifi.3rd party cloud cannot be integrated and have to use the camera default if u need cloud storage and the cheapest plan is for 2.5k inr for 1 year. The speaker is not good and cracks up. The mic is great though. Works like a charm even on 5mbps wifi and u can stream it on the phone. No option of viewing it on laptop. The app is funny, u see an option here and then it disappers as u update. The viewing angle is not too much and the panoramic view is just digital, not really a 360 degree cam. Worth it for the 1500 bucks! Paisa vasool types. There is no ir just black and white. No nightvision stuff, the light from the camera will enable to view clearly in dark. You will have to clear the sd card from time to time.

Bulb holder is of very poor quality. Was broken inside the box. I would recommend to buy Camera bulb only and not the combination of bulb and holder. Your local electrician would give you a better holder than the one provided by the seller on Amazon site

The camera is working well..No issue you can buy easy to use & easy to access from anywhere..Love it I'll suggest to buy.

Product is good, but it only works with their own app, and that is where problem starts. They give an option to login via Twitter, and when I tried it, they needed permission to write tweets/comments on my behalf, and to follow/un-follow people. Now what business does my security camera has, meddling with my twitter account is beyond reasoning.Also, remember that there is absolutely no security feature. Anyone can search and connect to this device if they download it's app from playstoreLooking at their privacy policy, I have my doubts keeping it in my house wifi. Maybe, will connect it to a separate router, having no internet access. Also, this camera wil5never enter my house,and will stay outside only. It's sfe to assume that whatever this camera sees, whole world may see. So unless you want someone looking what happens in your house, or you are comfortable showing it to the world, don't even let this camera even overlook your window.

Very unreliable and problematic. I've purchased more than 8 of these over the last couple years and only 1 of them actually works with the SD card. They work for a day or 2 but then they stop working. Which means you have no recorded video or record of videos recorded. So soon as you buy it plug it in and keep testing it to make sure it will keep working. Also the app only let you have 1 logged in user at a time.

Item stopped working after being kept ideal for a few monthsAfterwards it cannot be connected to phone or if even connected it couldn’t record of livestream cctv footages.Now money spend on this is a mistake it seems.
