I use these UV light strips in my display cabinet to light up my uranium glass and a few other fluorescent pieces, and they work really well for that. The glow is bright enough to make everything pop without being harsh, and it gives the whole shelf this really cool, almost museum-style look at night. The strip was easy to set up and shape around the inside of the cabinet, and once it was in place it stayed put. I’ve used similar lights before, but these have been one of the better sets in terms of brightness and consistency. If you collect UV-reactive or glow glass, these are great for showing it off. Overall, I’m really happy with them and would definitely buy for more cabinets in the future. Just gotta make sure you measure and give yourself extra length depending on how you want to set it up. I think I used about 4 of these 16.4ft strips (about one for each shelf).

These lights work GREAT, especially for a Halloween event or a UG China cabinet. The self-adhesion works, but unless the surface is clean and smooth, it won't last that long. I added wire clips to support the strand and the adhesion does a great job of keeping them from shifting in between the supports.

Used these lights for a retro bright application. The lights functioned well for the first two uses but, then they began blinking and turning off and on. I have requested a replacement set but, not very impressed with what I have seen so far.

I glued these under my GloFish tank hood and they worked great. After about two weeks the condensation water found a way in and shorted half the strand. I bought them again and changed the design and made a hood with a plexiglass barrier and that has done the job. Very bright. My task looks awesome now. For normal applications they are great, I just wouldn't submerge them.

Worked as expected.

I was trying to make a homemade curing container for 405nm resin 3D prints. Upon receiving this item, I noticed the applied adhesive did not stick to the lights but to the paper backing. That said, installation came to a standstill. Brightness was on the lower side, while sufficient for my project, being in an enclosed container, but if these are intended for anywhere with decent lighting, they will be drowned out.
