Vaessen Creative Stamp Easy+, White, 8.65" x 6.5"

This is a great stamping tool for your cards etc. The price is middle of the road and it is very precise. The magnets hold your card/paper in place very securely so you do not need a side recess to butt your paper up against. It is easy to press down you do not need lots of strength to keep it there. Depending on the quality of your cling stamps you only need to do it the once but if you need to do it more times the image is very crisp and clear. I like that you can put bigger bits of cardstock/paper in rather than be restricted like some stamping tools because of the side recess. It is also very stable on the table, it stays perfectly still. All in all I think it is great and if you were like me not sure on what stamping tool to get, I would give this a big thumbs up.

I had a number of wooden backed stamps that are surprisingly tricky to use because the rubber is stuck on very slightly wonky and I'm a stickler for detail, cant stand any wonk. I've now peeled off the rubber, backed with cling foam and get the exact position I need, I can churn out perfect cards, all identical, in minutes. I was sceptical at first but this gadget is amazing. I've halved my storage because I've got rid of all the wooden backs now. I'm an experienced stamper of 20 years standing but for precision this is unbeatable, especially if you're stamping straight onto the card with no layering.The other extremely useful thing I can do now is use any ink in my collection to emboss with, all my lovely subtle Momento dye inks and chalk inks just get a second stamp with a clear embossing pad. Almost impossible freehand.

This is the best stamping platform I have used. I have used another which would not give the results I was after and to be honest it put me off purchasing another one but this platform beats that one hands down like another review I wished I had got earlier and to be able to use foam mounted stamps is an absolute bonus

Having watched many demos on YouTube, I wanted a stamping platform. I could not order a MISTI from you, which was the tool that all demonstrators (from the US) use. Instead I ordered a Vaessen platform. It is more than useless. Why?1. The grid is on the cover, not the base. When you position your stamp, it is on the base, not the cover that you use. The card is on the base, and a blank base is not helpful.2. You cannot position the card in a corner. The top and bottom of the base are flush with the rest of the base. No corners. The only possible positioning is vertical. Admittedly there are markings on the top, which is why I can use it at all..I will retract all the above if someone can show how this can perform usefully.As far as I am concerned, a wasre of £15.

This is the best stamping platform I have ever used. I have tried other well-known makes and have been very disappointed.It is very well made, with a hinged lid. Markings on both the base and lid for accuracy.This is made of strong and durable plastic and is top quality.It is open edged which allows accurate stamping on all of your projects, whatever the size. On other platforms I used, you were restricted to smaller sizes of cardstock.There are 2 strong magnets which hold your cardstock in place. You can buy replacements should you require more than two, or lose any.The magnets are so strong that the cardstock stays in place when you lift the lid. The magnets are encased in pink rubber with tabs for ease of placement and removal. The secret to the stamp not "sticking" to the cardstock, is to keep it pressed down for 3 seconds.It is spring loaded and accommodates a variety of different sized stamps.The base seems to have a cushion effect, similar to using a stamping mat.Literally, position your stamp where you want it on top of your project, press down the lid to attach the stamp to the lid. Ink the stamp, then press down again. You can reink the stamp if necessary without spoiling your project.No hard pressing needed. For those with dexterity issues, like me, it's a dream come true.I highly recommend this platform, I have had several well known brands, but this beats the others hands down.Buy this, you won't regret it. Stampers delight.

Invaluable piece of kit for stamping with, oh how I wish I'd had one of these years ago, the amount of card wasted to a poorly stamped image. With this brilliant tool you can re-ink, restamp over the same image again for perfectly crisp stamped images every time! It is also great for precise placement and for stamping borders and scenes.I opted for the hinged one as I'm clumsy and could imagine myself dropping the top, I am perfectly happy with this version. The platform cleverly takes large pieces of card and paper whereas some brands will only take a limited size. It comes with 2 strong magnets that hold the paper still and the sprung lid gives even pressure. I absolutely love this gadget and it has re awakened my stamping creativity. If you have lots of stamps, you need one of these

I am disappointed with this tool and wish I had gone for the Misty. My main gripe, actually I have two; one, the magnets are housed in a very flimsy thin plastic holder which snapped on first use, two, and this is important, there is no outer rim to butt your Card up against ensuring the correct position. This is a real let down for a tool that is supposed to be about precision stamping.
