Utterly pointless for preserving pickles. The seal is not air tight and leaks, there is no rubber seal or equivalent to make a seal in the first place. Luckily I only put a small amount of water in before tipping it upside down to test its usefulness, pointless! I tried to tighten more but it made little difference and I got a lacerated finger for my troubles from a rough moulding on the lid. It’s cheap for a reason, it’s very poor quality and doesn’t work. You’ve been warned.

seems a bit flimsy but will do the job. fair price tho and you get what you pay for.

I purchased this to store large perishables. The lid is easy to remove and seal and the handles are strong.

THIS DOES NOT SEAL!! very poorly made with sharp edges very very thin plastic, BUY SOMETHING ELSE
