Wonder Woman 1984: The Deluxe Junior Novel

Thia adaptation. meant for tounger readers, serves as good background for the upcoming movie. I wish there could be more super-hero material for the younger fans.

This copy is in great condition for a paperback, and it's an essential part of my Gal Gadot Wonder Woman collection.

So If you think reading this book will give you some insight into the movies. The answer is yes and no. Yes, the book explains the Dreamstone which everyone already guessed in the blogs. No, because the story just ends with "She had a word to save." I really wish the movie people would quit changing storylines and origins already developed in the comics. It would be nice for Directors like Patty Jenkins to just bring to life the stories we've already read and not recreate them. Hopefully, the next part of the book or the movie will come out soon, so we can see how this ends. All good stuff up to the end where this book leaves you feeling incomplete and unfinished.

Follows the movie. It's a junior novel but I enjoyed it as an adult

How strange. This book is not complete. It's missing what I guess is the last third of the book. It seems to have the correct page count from what's listed, but the story doesn't finish. It just cuts off. There's no conclusion to the story. Now I don't know if the publisher made a mistake and didn't include the final chapters of the book. Or, because this is based on a film that has not been released yet, the film company made them cut the end out in order to prevent the whole film from being spoiled. But if that is the case, then why release the book? I never would have purchased this book and wasted time reading it if I knew I was only going to get 2/3's of a story. Seriously, what a cheat. If this was on purpose, then they should be ashamed of themselves for marketing this book. Very disappointed. Now I just have to decide if it's worth my time to return this $10 purchase.

I am a DC fan and I love Wonder Woman and was looking forward to seeing the movie Wonder Woman 1984. However do to Covid 19 it keeps getting pushed back so I went on Amazon to see if there was a novelization. I could at least read the novelization and that would hold me over until they finally released the movie.All I could find was a junior novel but that was better than nothing so I purchased it and began reading it. And was enjoying it until I got to page 146 and realized that they ended the novel without providing the ending. They gave me three quarters of a book and charged me for a whole book! This is not right! No where on the description does it let you know that you will not get the ending. Luckily I called Amazon and they gave me a refund. I explained to the Amazon customer representative why I wanted the refund and asked that it be made clear to any future buyers of the book that it is incomplete. He explained that he would make a note of this and that Amazon was not aware that the entire book was not provided. He then said the best way to insure that other people would not be tricked was to leave a review.If anyone else has purchased this book I recommend that you contact Amazon. They should give you a refund. And also complain about the false advertising of the book. I think if enough people demand their money back and complain about the deceptive advertising of the publisher of the Wonder Woman 1984: The Junior Novel it will keep this from happening again.

It's really amazing I couldn't help myself to read it before the movie comes out as it's getting delayed beaccuse of the current pandemic

Het boek is heel anders dan de film en het hele einde ontbreekt. Nu houdt het verhaal uit het niets op.
