So Cute
I used this ukulele as my guest book at my wedding. I had a VERY small wedding (9 guests), which was fortunate because this is a VERY small ukulele. Yes, that is given in the description, but I was still surprised that it is basically the length of my forearm. Still, it served the exact purpose I needed it to, and it's so adorable. The case is really nice quality, and the uke plays surprisingly well if you can get past the tiny fretboard. This would be the perfect starter instrument for a young child, but probably not anyone over the age of 9 or 10. Super lightweight and easy to travel with, though! Not necessarily fine craftsmanship by any means, but it's a great little instrument for the price!

Great product
It's so cute. I had never played the uke before and it was great for a start. The only thing is that I keep having the same problem with out of the chords. It sounds a little odd, but overall it's great. You should know that it is really really small but you probably already know that as it says "mini" lol.I love the fact that it fits in my purse and I can take it everywhere. If you have big hands I wouldn't recommend it because you won't be able to play it.

This was a great instrument for a child to learn on.
I am learning to play. My 3 yr old grandson, said "I want a itty bitty one two" this was Perfect! The Gig bag is adorable. As he showed me the different ways to hold it! I had to get the screw driver and adjust the tuning peg on the A string. If you want to really learn to play, the pegs may need to be replaced along with the strings. I'd wait for him to actually learn to really love the instruments first. For NOW and for the price, I just LOVE it!

Screws loosen easily
Cute. My daughter received as a present and in her words she says, "it works". The hardware was loose immediately out of the package. One of the tightening brackets must be defective because it's unable to be tightened on one string. But it works for the purpose...she's not a professional ukelele player..

good build quality, very tinny sound
impressed with the build. Looks very solid and well put together for the money, but the sound is very tinny. not remotely full. Good instrument for my 5yo to gauge interest, but not much more.

High quality, great sound, great fun
My child really wanted a little instrument to start playing, and this really fits the bill. Perfect size for a 4 year old, great sound, and pretty easy to begin to learn. We are doing purposeful teaching as well as just random play. The bag it comes with is also great quality and make it great for storage and protection. Great buy!

Horrid ukulele...do not buy
Sorry...skip this model. It's small and cute, but not well made at all. It was scruffy on the outside, and on the inside, the bridge plate isn't even under the bridge...and the screws from the bridge are not installed in the bridge plate. I'm waiting for a complete failure of the instrument.Also...WAY overpriced normally. $45? Seriously?Want an instrument this size that is a real instrument? You're going to have to spend about three times as much.
