I’ve done crossfit for 12 years as a masters athlete. I’ve always struggled with double unders. These handles spin easily and just seem to let the rope glide under me. I went from hitting 20-25 on the strugglebus to getting more consistent sets and breaking 100 reps for the first time. I’m more consistent around 50 reps now and am able to slow my pace enough to breathe(sometimes).

There are no directions on how to shorten the rope. I had to Google it

LOVE this jump rope!! I collect jump ropes like some women collect shoes. I've been in search of the elusive double under for some time now, and I was getting close. One of the members at my CrossFit box had this rope and I tried it. I immediately got one for myself. With dilligent effort, and this rope, I can now say that I am competent at double unders. I really like the knurled handles, and they seem to have just the right heft in my hand. I like how you can adjust the rope length easily by twisting the tensioner at the end of the handle - messing with rope length can be important when learning double unders, and it lets me easily lend it to shorter friends to try out. I love the feel of the cable. It's really flexy, and feels substantial when you're swinging it, but is actually light. It also doesn't hurt as much as other cables when you hit yourself with it - also important when learning double unders. For me this is a fantastic rope, and it is rapidly propagating through my box. Even our elite level coach tried it out and was really impressed, she will likely get one to replace her tired old RPM.I let my husband try it out before I cut the cable, and he didn't like it so much. He prefers a rope with more heft overall, and he didn't like how the cable is fixed in the handle instead of pivoting in an eye. So it may not be perfect for every single person, but I and many of my CrossFit friends think it's awesome!

Very good rope

Received the EliteSRS Bullet COMP Jump Rope as a gift and I love it. You can really feel the rotation of the rope in the handle making it much easier/smoother to do double-unders. But the handles themselves are not too heavy. I also like how easy it is to adjust the rope size - uses easy adjustable fasteners and you don't need a screwdriver to tighten like with other ropes. Everything about the rope also feels very durable so I don't anticipate needing to replace this for a while.So the product was great, but the customer service was equally great. The top end of one my handles somehow came loose and ended up getting lost. I couldn't find a replacement for purchase on their website, but when I reached out to customer service, they offered to replace the entire handle free of charge since it was a recent purchase. Was not expecting that at all and was pleasantly surprised.Will happily use their products going forward and recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing from them.

I've been working on learning double-unders for about six years with peaks and valleys in my ability. I've had this rope for a little over a week and I can consistently string 30 to 40 of them together. Since I had tried just about every handle out there (cheap and expensive), I decided to spring for these (even though I still think they are too expensive). I just now ordered another one for my wife. After she saw how nicely I was now able to do the d-u's, she told me she wanted pink. Summary: Expensive and very much worth it.

This is a great jump rope but not so amazing that it needs to cost this much money. I have less expensive jump ropes that I enjoy just as much and work just as well. It does get twisted up sometimes while jumping.

I was looking for a rope to replace my old Rogue SR-1 rope. After researching a lot of different ropes, RPM, RX ropes, and other Rogue ropes I decided to get the bullet rope. This made me nervous because I am the only one I know that has this rope. I am pretty happy with my purchase, with any change in rope it took a little practice to get comfortable with double unders. However, after a week of practice I am doing better with double unders than I was with my old rope. The handle is fast, comfortable, light, and has pretty good grip. The rope is also adjustable in length, which I love.

STILL TRYING TO MAKE DOUBLE UNDERS

After one week, i Do not regret it. I can perform doble under with less effort than my previous rope. As i saw in lots video, the bearing make spin for a good while the handel. The rope twist less than my old rope.Great buy.

Excellent product and worth every penny. Don't bother buying a cheaper model as this will take you from beginner to advanced and then some. - No complaints.

super fast, great quality. If you want a fast rope this is the one for you. Expensive but worth it.

These didn't work like i thought they would for the price you pay. For some reason, the rotation mechanism wasn't entirely smooth. If you're going to spend the money, then get the speed rope/Bolt rope set by Crossrope. Unfortunately, those are more expensive and I think you'll have to pay in US dollars from their website, but they're a better product than this jump rope here.
