Purchased this after a 4 month wait and having to return a faulty unit.Anyway, I've now have a unit that works fine.It comes well presented with a nice quality box and seperate compartments for the charger and lead. In contrast to the regular 25w unit supplied with my Note 10 Plus 5G , the supplied lead is thicker and stiffer as it is a 5A rating as opposed to 3A supplied with the standard unit. The actual unit has a similar appearance but is somewhat bigger and heavier.It works exactly the same as the standard unit. You plug the supplied lead into the charger unit then plug into the mains, then. connect up the handset. It then starts charging, working in a similar manner to the standard unit.Now, the $64k question or is it the £39.95 question..is it worth buying ?For most users, the benefits will be borderline. The actual empty to full charge is about 5-10mins faster than the standard 25w unit. As a result this will not really offer much of an advantage over whats available already.BUT ...The big benefit is that the time comes at the beginning of the charge cycle. This means that a partial fast charge has a major speed advantage and is particularly useful if your handset is flat, you need to go out and don't have time to wait for a full charge. This is of use for power users who use their handset on the go a lot and people like me who often forget to charge my handset up regularly. As an example, I had a zero to 21% charge on my handset in 7 mins flat.So this charger is recommended for that purpose although its a bit of a pricey solution for the issue to hand.And a couple of final points.This charger only works properly with the Note 10 Plus and the Note 10 Plus 5G. There is no benefit at all to Note 10 and S10 owners etc as it will automatically default to 25w charge. It can be used with other handsets but the ultra fast charge won't happen.If you want an extended cable make sure it is 5A compatible and is specified for the Samsung 45w Charger EPTA845. Other cables will work, but will not allow the ultra fast charge..which defeats the object of having it.Reommended albeit with the caveats in mind.

These cables are a disappointment, They dont last and one needs to keep fidgiting with the cords to get the battery to charge. Such a nuisance

Couldn't be without these super fast chargers - I have one at home and one at work. Can charge for 25 to 100% within the hour. Ideal for having a full charge before leaving work, on holiday when you're headed out for the evening and only have time for a quick boost while you shower and change. Don't know how anyone uses anything else!

This is genuine, and works just fine.It will charge your device from 30-80% in record time, im talking 20-25mins for a 50% increase in charge. At lower battery levels such as charging from 0-20% you can expect an even faster charge, 7mins for 20%.What this won't do however, is charge it from 0-100 any faster than a 25W charger, because as reaches 80-85%, it will slow the charge down in order to protect the battery at the high voltage. It will also slow down if the phone starts to heat up too much from being charged, which is normal.So if you do regular small charges during the day, and need quick surges in battery power, then that's what this is for.

After 4 days this adapter stopped working and wouldn't charge my Samsung phone.
