The main reason I bought this was because I read that drinking electrolytes during high impact sports will help you feel more energized and help your recovery time afterwards. I tend to get major headaches after my volleyball games if I don't eat enough before or if I go too hard during the matches. I usually am playing from 9 AM to 1 PM some days. I started adding this to my water before the games and I noticed I didn't get any headaches afterwards and I actually felt less sore. The taste is very nice too! I was amazed that this powder could help the headaches stay away and I feel great after my games now. A week later, I forgot to add this to my water one time before a game and I had a major headache again, so this really helps!

Love this stuff! Tried liquid iv and it’s basically salt and that’s all you taste. A bottle of water with this stuff and I feel hydrated and refreshed. Drink first thing in the morning or after a long day in the sun.

The taste is good but it does not completely dissolve in water and I always have sediment on the bottom of my shaker bottle. I have to stir or shake it before each time I take a drink to get everything mixed up, when made with the directed amount of water. From now on I will mix a scoopful in maybe 6 ounces of water and drink it all at once.ADDITION: seller reached out to me regarding this issue. It just taste okay, my kids dont seem to mind it but I really dont care for the taste. I wish it had packets instead of being a container for single use but it does match the item description. It definitely helps with hydration since my kids dont like plain water.

I set the blueberry pomegranate flavor on subscription. I enjoy it and think it tastes great. I don't like really sweet things, so I use maybe a 1/3rd scoop at a time, but that's how I am with all electrolytes.When using their customer service through their website they are amazing; they respond quickly and are very helpful.

I've tried many different brands, and the main thing that is different with this brand is the powder is actually powder. Every brand I've tried the consistency was more salt like than anything else. The taste was pretty good like a light passionfruit flavor. I've tried other brands with an awful taste and brands that tastes artificial. I would buy again, especially for price.
