Great sound
Impulse purchase, really impressed with the sound, connecting via Bluetooth was fine it does show both ear phones in the Bluetooth menu you just not need to select one, blue flashing led on the side is annoying especially on a night flight, lt lights up quite bright

“A very disappointing experience!”
I was initially impressed with the packaging & the look of the T5 ear buds. A very well marketed product with good reviews, the reality was a very disappointing experience. The set up instructions are very poor, every aspect of the set up involves pressing the buds a set number of times. The Klipsch app wouldn’t work re set up. Post code to register them was numbers only. The app became stuck on the set up page & would show a constant error message “cancel” or “try again”. I wasted two evenings trying to set them up. After charging for a few hours, the indicator light still flashed red, “low power” this was confirmed with an audible message “low power”. At this point I realised they were not going to work & if they did I did not have any confidence that they would last or be reliable. I therefore made the decision to return them. I wanted to give the “smaller guy” a chance against the likes of Apple & Sennheiser. Klipsch should have kept the design simple & concentrated on the sound quality & connectivity. On that note because they needed to be updated re firmware, I didn’t even get to hear what that sounded like! Utterly ridiculous situation bearing in mind these are marketed as a “high end” product, that they may well be, but the support & linked app is an utter joke! Amazon in fairness issued a full refund, so no complaints there. I’m now looking at purchasing a set of Lypertek Tevi Z3.2. Klipsch should remember to “keep it simple” & make a product that actually works. Reading other reviews confirms connectivity is clearly a major flaw/issue with the T5’s.

Faulty unit...I hope!
After reading several bad reviews I decided to chalk it up to, "bad luck," with faulty units. After all, critic reviews are generally positive about the product soooo.....After spending hours trying to charge the unit to then pair to then reset to then repair to then update 🤔I discovered that the left earpiece lost charge at a speed so alarmingly quick you would have to be Barry Allen just to catch the the descent of the digital digits. Considering they have to be up to 70% in order to do an update, I think I can safely say it's a duff product. I've reached out to the seller, do will update the review accordingly, but not a good start.Update. Seller responded swiftly to query, but directed me to Klipsch to resolve. Clearly a faulty unit that they have sold, but they want me to sort it out? Not good Red Rock.

Sound quality and fit
Not the sound quality i expected from Klipsch. Ear buds also a poor fit. I have wired Klipsch in ear headphones (cost ÂŁ250) and they are extraordinary. These by comparison are rubbish.

Extremely poor product. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY
Firstly, I’m a long term fan of Klipsch and I’m massively disappointed in this product. Absolutely terrible product.I purchased a pair for myself and a pair for my mother. My mums broke on her first use of them, she dropped one from her ear and they both completely broke. No lights flashing, unable to charge. Nothing.Mine worked ok, sound quality was ok, not up to Klipsch standards in my opinion. Sound kept dropping here and there but would return. Then my R earpiece stopped working for no reason, had a constant blue light, I couldn’t get it to do anything. So I let the battery die, charged it and it was back to working as it was before. A whole 30 minutes later it did the same thing again. It has done this 5 times now.The most recent time it has just come back to life said “ready to pair” I paired it with my iPhone and then it just died. No lights, nothing, won’t even charge. And my L earpiece has lights etc, will reset, buy won’t connect to anything. The only saving grace is that we’ve had a full refund.Massively disappointed. Back to my wired Klipsch earphones.
