Better Than I Thought
For what these are I absolutely rate these as 5 Stars. I've had two very serious injuries that have left me with lots of pain. However, what I use them most for has nothing to do with pain, unless I have a headache. I have congestion problems at night ... and I also have sleep apnea. If I can get my head open and get my mask on then I'm okay because the rush of air keeps my passage ways open. I'm not sure why!?! However, there are times I cannot breath through my nose and I absolutely will not use decongestants. Having lived in a cold climate for a number of years I learned that when I was congested that usually all I had to do was go outside to clear my head. And, if it's hot I've found that sticking my head in the freezer can sometime help. But that is not always easy ... or convenient. Then I found these little ice packs. All I have to do is put the gel pack between my forehead and my sleep apnea mask... with the fabric side towards my forehead. If the gel pack is frozen I place a paper towel against my skin to protect it. However, I keep some of these in the refrigerator ... so if they are not frozen I can place them directly against my skin. So, these have been very helpful in opening up my congested head and keeping me off of decongestants. .......... The other thing I like them for is to use them in conjunction with a flexible ice pack. Alone, these ice packs do not stay cold very long. But if you freeze them and then place them between your body and a larger ice pack ... right up to the sorest part an injury ... it conforms exactly to the body, even if it is near/around the bone. They stay cold much longer and in my opinion helps the swelling go down faster. They are also nice to place between a bra strap and my shoulder. They can be used in any number of ways ... anywhere you have pain.

Heat at 10 second intervals in the micro and then you have yourself a nice warm wrap! Good price!
These are pretty good they warm up pretty easily in the microwave, they don't break. I haven't used them in the freezer but they're not that large they're probably the size of someone's Palm. They are very fairly priced and you really can't go wrong!

Really nice little hot/cold packs but not super durable.
Second time buying. Gave the first set to the mom of my 6 years old home health patient. These little packs are great. They donโt stay hot for every long but if you pop two in the microwave for 15 second then rub them over someoneโs back or legs, or wherever they want them, they feel absolutely amazing. Use the plastic side and go over their (or your own) clothes or use lotion so they glide and they feel similar to a hot stone massage. Of course youโre not going to get deep pressure but trust me it feels amazing and is therapeutic and relaxing. Great for a hot or cold pack on the back of your neck. Work well as a cold pack to depuff your eyes or for your face after youโve used serum for a little self care. Keep a few in the fridge for that if you donโt already own ice rollers. Of course they are great for little boo-boos for kids as well. They will tolerate them better if you keep them in the fridge rather than the freezer. But def keep one in the freezer too for times when youโll need it to stay colder longer. If you have a small cloth bag lying around from a gift or product you can put a frozen one in there so it is more tolerable when frozen. Or just use the side thatโs more like cloth (but youโd still have to hold it on the plastic side which will feel super cold). If you have bad knees or elbows you can use the cloth side and an ace wrap to hold it in place while lying down or resting. They would also work for the bottom of your feet as a hot pack after a long day of work. Can be used that way while sitting by placing on the ground or if your lying and have your knees up and you set them on the bed. These kind of packs a staple in our home but this is the first time buying little round ones. Do not put them in the microwave for more than 10-15 seconds at a time bc I tried longer (like 20 seconds) and it made a sound like maybe it was going to blow up so I stopped the microwave immediately and it came out super hot (but luckily didnโt pop). I know these gel packs wouldnโt be hard to make yourself and Iโve done it many times (you can look up DIY soft gel cold packs) but for convenience these are fantastic. They arenโt going to last long as far as the heat or cold goes (for heat maybe ten min, as a cool or cold pack a bit longer) but are quick to grab and work well for small areas of your body. They are quite thin and appear as if they arenโt super durable (they remind me of the disposable ones hospitals have or those disposable hand warmers as far as quality but are definitely reusable for a while). Maybe a long while if you donโt mishandle them, heat them up for too long, step on them, etc. I think having a fabric case for them would increase their overall longevity and wish they came with one for this price but thatโs the only con I can find. If youโre on a tight budget Iโd say to just make your own bc itโs so easy, quick and cheap but for convenience definitely go for it. Of note they do sell more durable longer lasting hot or cold packs that arenโt very expensive. I know Amazon has a set of 3 different size hot water bottles for cheap and I have those as well. If you put ice in those, the cold lasts a lot longer than these. The hot water bottles are made of some type of cloth and are way more durable. Iโm deducting one star for the value. These should definitely cost less for the overall quality.

Soft, flexible ice packs โ works well but limited cold retention
Iโve been using these ICEWRAPS gel packs for a few weeks to treat minor injuries and soreness. They are soft and flexible, making them comfortable to apply to different areas of the body. The pack of five is convenient for alternating or sharing with family members. What I liked: soft, flexible, reusable, and easy to apply What could be better: they donโt stay cold very long, and sometimes they donโt get cold enough for full relief Overall, these are decent gel packs for quick pain relief and recovery, but if you need something that stays very cold for longer periods, they might fall short.

Very delicate
I used one a couple of times and the gel started to leak, had to discard it, the ones that are available locally can be used so many times and I have never had any issues, I bought these because of the size, I wanted smaller ones. These are expensive and very delicate. Not worth it.

Perfect little pads for quick application
Perfect little frozen gel pads for a quick 10 minute application. I use these wrap in a cloth for frozen shoulder, back of neck for migraine and other little sore spots.
